Michael Leo is an exceptional craftsman! We had two pieces refinished by him -- a dining table that had been modified to serve as a "coffee table" and an antique bookcase with glass doors. Both have become treasured pieces of furniture in our home. Michael was meticulous in achieving the exact color of the stain and in getting the hardware that would match and complement the age of the bookcase. He came highly recommended to us, and he did not disappoint. I will look no further than to him for any future wood refinishing.

Michael, Performed an excellent job of refinishing and repainting our Sears "Open Home" bedroom (3) dressers purchased more than 35 years ago. The new antique white bases with the dark colored tops have drastically transformed the tried, old, out-dated honey brown stained finishes into ones that both my wife and I are extremely fond of. The whole atmosphere of the bedroom is now more brighter and makes for a more enjoyable environment. Michael and Henry are very professional, courteous, friendly and do "outstanding work". I brought in my great-Grandmother’s sewing machine. It was a treadle Singer machine in a wooden cabinet. It had been in my Aunt’s garage for decades and was completely black. When I went to pick it up, I walked right past it! Turns out it was in a beautiful golden oak cabinet. It positively glowed! People had stopped to look at it while I was paying for it and asked if it was for sale!! I’ve been back with other pieces since. A GREAT place in which to entrust your precious antiques and favorite pieces.

I highly recommend Delaware Valley Furniture Restoration. We wanted our cherry cabinets to be painted white, and Michael and his team delivered. Michael was quick to respond to my initial email, shared videos explaining the process, and was prompt and professional throughout the experience. His employee, Joe, prepared the cabinets and surrounding kitchen areas for painting and he was very professional and pleasant. The finished product is fantastic. The cabinets look brand new out of the factory- not like someone got a can of paint and slapped it on existing cabinets. Pricing was better than other quotes we received. We would use them again if the opportunity presented itself.

I cannot express how awesome my experience was. Mike restored my great grandmother's dining room table and it looks amazing. At first I was skeptical anything could be done to save this table. It was built in the 1950's and was pretty beat up. Mike had it for 2 weeks and it came back looking like new. He brought new life back into it. Highly recommend and will go back again for future work.
